Kool Kreations Refund/Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Kool Kreations!
If you are not satisfied with your Kool Kreations purchase you may return your purchase to us
within 30 days for a full refund.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
 Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
 The item must be in the original packaging.
 Items damaged during shipping cannot be refunded.
 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
 Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same
item, send us an email at koollaserkreations@gmail.com and send your item to: 1208 SW Frank
Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, OK 74003.
To return your defective or damaged items, follow these steps:
 Repackage your products
 Email us with your intent to return your purchase at koollaserkreations@gmail.com
 We will email you back a return label
 Print out this label and affix to your package with purchase
 Drop off at your nearest United States Post Office
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is
received by our warehouse.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach
you, may vary.
 We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
